I just downloaded the beta.  After launching Hawkeninstaller.exe, the product installed.  After launching the game, I get prompted for my credentials to log in. After entering credentials, the Solid State Launcher gives an error message "InvalidRole" with an option to click OK.  In the background, I can see the launcher and it says "status: loaded patcher".
After clicking OK on the error message, it hangs indefinitely.
Machine is a home built machine running windows 7 64-bit.  Intel Core i7 930 processor, 4 gb ram
Any ideas on how I can get this running_

I've been getting the "InvalidRole" error since the bloody Alpha. I don't believe they've actually fixed it yet, and I'm starting to give up playing this game. As good as it looks, the fact that this error hasn't been fixed really boggles my mind, and prevents me from even installing it.
