I recently found a bug ( well, for me it's more of a feature than anything else) that makes me go in a mech that's not in the game. I have no idea what it looks like on the outside, but as weapons it has an EOC repeater and a sabot rifle. I can zoom with it, and the mech's ability is the Power Shot.

I'm not quite sure how it happens, but I'll try and replicate it nonetheless.

It's the second time this happened to me in a couple of months, so I can pretty much say it's rare.

Severity_ I would say 4 - makes the game just as good, and provides new gun/mech combos to try out, which i.m.o., is needed since I don't really like the G2s that much.

System specs: Win7, 16GB, core i7 3930K

don't remember what server it was on.

As a side note, I have to say the little amount of time that I got to use this mech made me really want to have it in the game, but I have to say, EOC + Power Shot is REAAAAAALY AWESOME. It really puts up for the slow ROF of the EOC.

It's a bug. Happens randomly every once in a great while to different people.

These have been mentioned many times before. They're not going to edit current mechs with new weapons, but we may see future mechs with similar weapon combinations.

On a side note, what if this became a gamemode_ Something like Randomizer from TF2. You spawn in, and your mech is completely random; Weight class, ability, weapons, internals, items, everything. It could be applied to any pre-existing gamemode too, like Seige, MA, or TDM.

That would be awesome. Heck, a few more creative gamemodes in general would be awesome.
