You didn't change the name of "grenade" in to "HE charge"

Does artillery shots affect explosive items like HE Charge and Detonator_ If so, would it increase the "explosion radius" of ISM or EMP_

As far as I know - no. AS have affect only on gren weapon.

Did you test this_  The other two damage boosting abilities (on the zerker and SS) both boost damage of items in addition to weapons, are you sure this is the case_

Cool fact about artillery shots, bullets (well, grenades) you have already shot but not yet exploded will still be boosted by your ability, but will not tip off your opponent by turning red, unlike the shots you fire after you activate it.
