Participating in this "event" will only further Hawken's demise.

Honestly they have tried blocking the climbers; In doing so they have let their playerbase decline.
This being the case; wouldn't it be prudent to try the other direction as the climbers want_
You know working with them and increasing climbing might just turn around Hawken.
Taking away the vertical element of this game has proven to hurt Hawken more than help it.
Also you are wasting too much resource "fixing" maps that just aren't broken.

So some people don't like the high ground. Catering to them is causing a decline in playerbase.
Try catering to the people that like to climb instead. This is the opposite of what has been happening it might make a difference.

Increase access to the high ground. Make it easier for all to get to. Then the high ground won't be a problem.

Dev's... Your paycheque and future job stability depends on making and developing the game in a way that keeps players coming back for more.

Look at your numbers. they are falling and this is trackable on STEAM.
Just try it for pete's sake.

Hint: you need to get on top of the tower without using blockades, so that you can deploy all three of them on the bridge to be able to get to the gates.

Another hint:

This bridge has a property that makes it different from the one we had on Front Line. It is this property that makes this challenge possible.

(And you can quite clearly see this property in action in Rider_Anton's video.)

Doctors journal, 5.15 hours to go

I've inspected the wing of the crashed craft, but found it devoid of volume, almost as it is only a ghost image of the ship (I must be starting so see things, I'm gonna preform a check-up on myself, swamp-water tastes funny).
The nearest tower to challenge point has the same property, but only for the top half of the structure, sadly I must say that the bridge leading to the elevator tower doesn't seem to exist as well...

With the use of barriers however I have noticed that the bridge leading to the door, although not  solid, does in fact react to the thrusters and, therefore, can provide an handy advantage. Sadly it's the lack of fuel that's taking it's toll, and I fear that supplies will start running low soon. This strangely was also written in logs (electronic that is, not the trees) describing the area, but a lot of data seems to be corrupt.

I have also walked along what seems to  be blue walls surrounding the plane, but they only seem to surround the plane, and nothing else. Are 'they' trying to keep people out_

...or keep me in...

Alright, 4 hours remaining, I can make it there with two barriers. I'm also starting to think I should have tried doing this sooner... that time limit really does take it's toll.

btw very nice vid go got there :). I hope there will be a sequel soon_

In my mind:
fuel converter: 2% of damage
failsafe: -40% damage taken

total: -40% of 2% fuel= 0.8% fuel by self damage instead of 2.0%_

I dunno, my brain works that way.

Yes. This thing is under every single map in Hawken, right in the center. Zooming in with a Sharpie or Reaper doesn't really show what it is, and flying to it in the spectator mode is impossible, because the map floor prevents you from going there. I call it "The Pandora Box".

Dr_Freeze001: I believe failsafe doesn't reduce the amount of fuel you get from self damage (you get same amount as without it). Might be wrong though.

Anybody wants to buy me a blockade for my scout_ XD
