So I've been playing this game for a bit, and I freaking love the gameplay. It is some of the most fun I've had in a free Steam game. My fps isn't too good, it's about 25-30. I've heard you can mess around with the INI files, but I just don't want to do that. What the devs need to make is an old video-card support. For example, when I started playing War Thunder, I got about 20 fps. Turned old video-card support on, BAM! 50 fps. You need decent FPS in a Fps. (Lol that's a lot of fps' :P ) So devs, hear me out.

Why not_
I don't know how it all works but I think an option for helping your potato run Hawken at 50 FPS would just do the same as modifying the INI files.

This has been brought up many times and likely won't happen. Devs do not have the time and resources to spend on trying to optimizing everything necessary for supporting old computer users and there would still be no guarantee you'd experience an improvement. This is a graphics intensive game, even for low quality settings, and people need to understand that technology does not work at the same level as everything else forever.

If you can make it playable on your boat anchor with a ini tweak, why not do it_
I have two friends (that I actually know) who have done this.
it's always been wankershim

25-30 fps is definitely playable. i get about that on mine and it's really not a problem. You kids are so used to ridiculously high fps that you can't play with anything under it. There was a time when 25-30 FPS was standard.
