Curious, is there is software that a moderator can issue for hack detection, if players are willing to install it_

And if not, what measures are being taken to control or eliminate cheaters_

Can punkbuster be implimented into Hawken_

PB is garbage.
Anyway, there's an anti-cheat system integrated already.

If you spot a cheater, report them via the support link in the upper right corner. If you can, try to gather evidence and include it, video is best. Never post their name, or evidence of them to the forums.

Looks like it not working... as I saw a few speedhackers and aimbotters...

It's not an auto-ban system, because those can result in a lot of false-positives.

If it's not, then it's not working properly as anti-cheat/hack as you can do that and it's still possible.
The only thing is probably is us, which reports cheaters and hackers via movie.
