Its 12:58 pm here in England but i still cant download the manifest... lol

Ya know, it's a real bummer for all those people living on the East Coast, being 3 hours ahead of Pacific time. That would be 3 pm east coast time, which is more than half the day gone. Why can't the beta start at 6-9 am PST_ That way all the people on the East Coast don't get screwed over.
