Good day,

 

 

So, 3 1/2 days to go until the tourney starts and the prizes have been confirmed by the lovely Dev team! They are as follow: 

 

Every participant will receive a forum badge for joining the league. There will be 4 tiers of badge: 1st, 2nd & 3rd place and a badge for having participated. Designs will be made while the league happens and all the teams are signed in.

 

Next up are the MC prizes! The 1st place team will receive a total sum of 5000 MC. Second place team a total of 2500 MC and 3rd place the still decent sum of 1250 MC. BUT WAIT, there's more. If by July 20th 20 or more players sign up for the league the prizes will be expanded to include not only the top 3 teams, but the top 6 teams! These prizes will be respectively: 5000, 2500, 2500, 1250, 1250 and 1250 MC.

 

 

So, to recap: 

 

• Forum badges for all participants.
• < 20 participants: 5000, 2500 and 1250 MC.
• > 20 participants: 5000, 2500, 2500, 1250, 1250 and 1250 MC.

 

 

That said, with little more than 3 days to go, sign up now! The more people participate, the more people win! Tell your friends, tell people in-game, get the word out! You've got until the 20th to sign up!

How many players/teams do you have so far?

 

Well, I've gotta say I'm very, very pleasantly surprised.

 

Right now we've got 5 teams on the singup form. These are:

 

• Mystery Magic Rozer with (KDR) Kopra, (KDR) Meraple, (KDR) Rozermahbub, (KDR) Dr_Freeze001 and (KDR) Mania_C.
• The Casuals with Hrono, DerMax, karnak and  Memag.
• Boston Tea Baggy with CraftyDus, M1lkshake, Hyginos, GGanjomon, Toemasher and CounterLogicMan.
• BulletImpact with vaisakhjnr, Spidy2121, blaze88 and BFAB7.
• DestroyerSquad with TheDestroyer7, ScaryToaster, randomg, Space_Energy, ishara, dinosaurusREX.
• G-Unit_Squad with 50_Cent_Soldie, KarlSchlag, Karlkuel, Crazykraut, Bastiator and HawKinator_.

And on top of that I'm still expecting teams from Disorderly and Ezrunterweltler. So yea, I'm very happy with that. I'm looking at 39 participants (31 signed in through teams, 8 to-be signed in), or 8 teams. And that's without the 'Single Player Signup' team, which we'll set up after the 20th when we can confirm who's been taken in and who still needs a team.

 

No really, this is already way better than expected. Thanks to everyone who's already signed up and I hope more will signup soon. Unless something goes very wrong we'll have a full list up after the 20th, and get the weekly schedule going.

You should have gotten an e-mail already. Check your inbox and see if there's anything new.

 

I'll make a thread tomorrow when everything is finalized. There you'll get the info on whom to play. Also your team captain will get the contact info of the other team captains, and they'll arrange the actual matches.
