I think if the delay didn't exist, it would add more depth to what you're able to do in combat.. If the delay stays, it would still be that same awesome Hawken. That's probably about it, folks.

 That's just outright wrong.  If wisdom and knowledge were impossible to gauge, then there wouldn't be noticeable intelligence differentials in society.  And how is knowledge, or the retention thereof, "nearly impossible to gauge?"  lmfao. 

Please enlighten me, by what scale does one measure these things? Within a given field of study, yes you can determine if someone is smarter than another person, but people are complex and multitalented.  It's rather difficult to say if a computer programmer is smarter than a fictional story writer.

Additionally, that statement was not meant as a negative connotation.  Again, you misinterpreted the semantics.

I've directly complemented him on his skill in the game.  Additionally, from limited interactions, I've ascertained that he's not a stupid kid.  He can make hasty, rage-induced callouts (indicative of a lack of maturity, hence the age comment) but that's the extent of it.  

 

Don't sit here and tell me what I meant by my statement.  I know what I meant.  You simply interpreted it differently.  

 

As for the "measurable intelligence" end of the specrtum, there are literally millions of pages of research that clearly document intellectual variances from person to person.  I'll let someone else handle that, as I've already met my daily quota of discounting silly claims.

I'm not salty. I'm pretty sure the louder pro-no-delay guys will get their wish eventually. All I'm doing is debating.

Yeah, the one thing I'd miss if the delay was removed is the inevitable salt that appears whenever it's brought up. AC is probably the only other game mechanic that leads to comparably amusing threads.

Edit: I've discovered who the culprit was, it's on....in 28 days when I can change it again well see how far I can get away with it next time batman...you win for now.
