The party system on Xbox One is too small I mean its a 6 man team I do not only want to play with 3 people.

Massive battles do indeed seem perfect for a game like this. Perhaps bot out the other positions if there aren't enough players kinda like your 'horde' mode. Let's get battlefield sized battles up here!!

Point being there are listed max party sizes for each game type. 3 for Team Deathmatch,Missle Assault, and Siege. 10 for Deathmatch. 4 for Co-op Bot Destruction. and 6 for co-op Team Deathmatch. 

 

You should be able to form the appropriate party size for the style you want to play. yet the only size for party is 3.

Also there is another problem only the leadr of the party is assured to get into a match when it does matchmake, most everyone else then has to keep trying for any open slots after a first time fail.
