Either way, I really dislike the whole card thingy.

Sure, Brink wasn't as good as many expected, but I really enjoyed it, and I did so mostly thanks to extensive customization for gear and classes.

And while Dirty Bomb pace remains fast, for me it still feels very bland and straightforward, after Brink.

:(

Man, I wish they'd at least keep the parkour from Brink. They really should've converted Brink into f2p, disable color outlines and sell skins/customization like no tomorrow.

But hey, if you like DB, then good for you. Me, I get the urge to install Brink every time I play DB. :)

I managed to update the Insurgency server. I am not going to stream it, because it is really hot here and I do not want to use a webcam (and my heart rate monitor is just incomplete without it). :p

Capturing delta as a designated marksman with everyone else in my team but me dead was the best thing that happened to me in Insurgency, as well as capturing charlie... I will never forget that moment!

I will also never forget Houruck buying me Insurgency, I wanted to cry in happiness at his act of kindness ;-;

I'd like to apologize to you guys, for snapping yesterday, during the last few matches. 

 

 Normally I greatly enjoy all the chatter and usually add to the cacophony, but when it gets to the point where everything just becomes an unending noise, I can't hear the shots and I end up ignoring everything in the background, even if I'm being called, I end up being irritated, to say the least.

 

 Regardless of that I had no right to snap at you guys, and I feel ashamed of myself for doing so. So I'd like to apologize to all of you guys...Except for Aregon, coz there's nothing to apologize to you for.

 

 Also, all hail Sparky, The Chosen One! That was one hell of a killstreak!

Bethesda just won E3!
Not with those pretty looking but kinda boring Doom (4) videos, but with the Fallout 4 presentation. They released a cute Vault manager game called Fallout Shelter for iOS devices, the collector's edition will contain a Pip-Boy case you can put your smart phone in and you can download an app to it that will sync to your game on your PC/console, so you can use the Pip-Boy on your hand to control the in-game one. Immersive as hell! I WANT ONE! They also implemented a cool building crafting system, basically what the "Real Time Settler" mod did for Fallout 3/New Vegas. And do not forget the awesome holotapes with minigames on them. ^_^

My oldtimer gamer and demoscener coworker TrX leaves us behind to work at NNG.
Every time a user asked for a favor he "demanded" gummy bears in return.

So I made him a huge one, using 9 bags of Haribo gummib�rchen and a bottle of vodka. :3

Also Dishonored 2 looked like it's going to be a good sequel, the first one was nice and its universe was really interesting.

As soneone who still plays with Doom mods and has the collectors edition of previous titles, I was really disappointed in this. The Brutal Doom like fatalities are going to feel really boring after you saw the same canned animations over and over. The only thing that can save this game is the built-in editor called SnapMap.

 

Edit: I just realised that adding vodka to the gummy bear adds a new layer of meaning to the Haribo jingle:

Haribo macht Kinder froh � und Erwachsene ebenso" ("Haribo makes children happy � and adults as well")

Ok, I admit-weapon customization looks VERY impressive in Fallout 4, but I still can't shake off Oblivion vibe I keep getting from Fallout 3/NV. And I'm not sure I'm liking where they're going with motorized armor. On one hand it does feels like actual armor, on the other it seems like a power-up activation...Plus jetpack?! The hell is this, WH40K?!

Fallout never really had jetpacks before, but it fits in perfectly. This is a pseudo-50's retrofutiristic game. You know, jetpacks and rayguns.
