So I have a question. Is it safe to play while we're waiting to get our accounts fixed? Or will things get overwritten? Ie: the money and exp we earned while our wait for the fix, will that be added on to our previous values or will the old one overwrite the new ones.

Hello. On my account disappeared standard parts: Brommens, spray. The choice of the components were only paid in the garage. At the reaper and assault displaying items that I did not buy. Also my rocketeer no standard weapons.

All player accounts have been migrated at this point. We're waiting for some indexes to be built on our legacy database and then we will kick off some new data migration runs in the hopes that it might recover additional data (missing mechs/items/stats, mostly).

It's safe to play as we're no longer wiping out/rolling back accounts. We are just trying to import any missing data to fill in the holes which break mechs/items/stats.

Account still missing most stuff. CLR-RED camo locked as if I didn't purchase it, elite chassis pieces don't even show up as an option on most mechs. Previously had 10k HC, now have 600. The missing Rank 5 Assauilt is back, more or less. It doesn't have a secondary now.

I'm a little unclear whether you mean to imply that the data is fixed yet or not, Majiik... but my account, which I just checked this evening, is still completely boogered up.  I sent a reply to the support ticket as well.

I'm not going to keep looking for a fix on this, I've just resigned myself to the fact, if I want these items replaced, I'll have to do it over again.

That's dedication.

On my one and only account, it's like 60% of my mechs are unable to be used.  I'd like to think there's that much Hawken left in my blood, but I just don't see myself going through the process of buying and completely 'leveling up' like 15 mechs.  And I spent actual money on a couple of body-part packages which are missing - I'm certainly not doing that again either.

My account is still broken. Half my mechs' weapons don't exist or aren't unlocked. Elite chassis parts missing. 20k HC gone. CLR-RED camo which has previously been bought is gone and the MC not refunded. Just broken.

^ I have to admit the lackluster response to our stuff walking off has perhaps confirmed some of my worst fears about our robros in development. I just don't understand on what planet is it ok to screw up a large portion of THE PAYING populations accounts and not make it a priority to fix. It's the reloaded way perhaps? Mental note, don't play any reloaded games in future.

I had to buy new mechs and outfit them with new items/internals just to play my favorites.  I mean, I'm quite wealthy as far as Hawken currencies go, but it is still pretty damn annoying to have to spend HC/MC on things I already own in my garage.  But when you get the urge to play EOC inf, you gotta do what you gotta do...

Same here, but sometimes you gotta scratch that Hawken itch...

I would play more if my account were fixed. However, the fact that it's been broken this long and I have to pester C05 for updates because the last reply to my support ticket was a month ago, really makes me think that it will take a patch and some content before I start playing again on a regular basis.

Got an update from C05 about the borked accounts:

This is CZeroFive, one of Hawken's gameplay developers.

First, I would like to personally apologize to you for the troubles you may have had
with your account. We're quite sorry for the delay, unfortunately the reason you
have not heard back sooner is because we are hoping to fix this issue all in one
fell swoop. We're hoping to roll out a script that should fix all of the missing
Mechs and game items this week. We request that you submit another ticket when an
announcement is made on the Hawken forums under this subsection notifying you to
check your accounts again:

Contacting support will be the only option - as it was before. The hope is this fixes a lot of missing entries automatically, though. We're ready to fix edge case scenarios in the case they happen.

I hate to say it, but mine too.  Any parts I purchased are missing, some mechs still have the wrong parts and say the test drive is over... and some of them will take on the attributes of whichever mech I previously selected in the Garage... and then become unplayable.

So after "a day or two" of the script that was supposed to finally 'fix' the stuff ... exactly nothing happened. My mechs are still missing/locked even though they are in my garage.

Something about reading the whole thread and knowing that your solution is the same, to resubmit a ticket contrary to your unfounded silly belief, or is this too much of a waste of your precious precious time

I mean seriously, c05 posted right above your post which explicitly says to resubmit a ticket if something is not fixed
