Something about reading the whole thread and knowing that your solution is the same, to resubmit a ticket contrary to your unfounded silly belief, or is this too much of a waste of your precious precious time

I mean seriously, c05 posted right above your post which explicitly says to resubmit a ticket if something is not fixed

Considering I didn't play Hawken for like half a year I do not spend much time ... or any time reading threads.

Also, the missing items post from C05 requested that we shall not post any more tickets, additionally this post should get updated but hasn't since 16.11.2016. "Might take a day or two" without confirmation of completion creates confusion, hence I post here without reading a whole damn thread. 

In the end, there is someone to help. And personally, I don't mind repeating myself if multiple people ask the same thing. It is a common event in the ELite: Dangerous forum/reddit.

Just thought I'd drop in, after all this time, and say that my account is still completely boogered.  I still can't use about half of my mechs due to incorrect body parts (etc.) and the items I paid money for are still inaccessible.

 

I've submitted my support ticket on this twice, as requested... any chance someone over at the dev team can look into this for me?

 

Sounds like fun things are happening, but I'm just not going to play until my account is straightened out.

Good luck...same thing going on in my acct...weapons missing that I got through grinding or MC. Several support tickets submitted...still waiting, but not holding my breath.

So will this be fixed anytime soon? It's been going on since September. I'd like to know were a bit more than back burner at this point, but I feel like we're not even that, closer to a grocery list on the fridge.

Given that they pretty much ignore cheaters, dont fix accounts, dont respond to tickets, arent fixing recent server problems (servers crashes getting more frequent) and regularly promise updates that never appear; im sure they're probably just waiting for us all to move on to other games so they can shutter the PC client.
