Hi there,

 

an hour ago I tried to login, I was connected to the chat, I saw that how many friends were online and then ...

and then ...

and then it just kept syncing my account for ages.

 

After a few minutes I Alt+Tabbed out and waited a little longer. No success.

I closed Hawken and retried after an hour.

Still the same thing.

 

Does anyone else have this issue, as well?

 

It's rather bad because tonight is going to be Ultra Violent Wednesday and I wish to participate and record and ...

Help, please! D:

 

Update: I can now login, it just takes a very long time. Also joining matches takes an eternity with syncing stats.

yes....i 'm also facing the same problem....syncing like thinking forever .  can't play ...can't do anything.....

well the main problem is when i join in a server and after a few min i got kicked because of idling .but i was syncing  so ridiculous

Share same problem. Infinite syncing account process.

Your sync process has hung. Hit F5 to bring up the console and type disconnect.

 

If this doesn't work, can't help you.

Yep same problem here, I sync about 2 minutes at the start of every match.

We're still looking into this, from what I see so far, it's only having an impact on those from Germany, Italy, Russia, Urkaine and France.  

This sanctions from the US?

Hi, have the same issue again today, it was fine yesterday :)

 

Hope you can solve this, the time i spent with sync is about 2min. long, so if i can join a game, what is really hard because nothing happens most of the time, it takes about 2min. long, so i got kicked before i can play haha.

Ok guys today at 8 30 pm in GMT + 7 it had the same problem .... i left it while i was eating came back it had been 45 mins since it was syncing....

 

just a lil update 

 

i think theres a pattern .... but maybe its just coincidence....

I seem to get this problem continuously today. It takes so long to sync that i get kicked from servers dues to 'idling'.. anything i can do to fix it ?

After a match of Siege my account took about 30 seconds to sync so I decided to go to my garage, after 2 minutes i tried to alt+tab and close, somehow it didn't work (it always works with hawken) so I used task manager to end process. Then i re-opened the game and it took a minute or so to sync, after that I decided to quit the game because it was going to be like this after each game and checking my garage every time and that my local region server was lagy (never is) and then the game wouldn't close so or minimize so i had to log off and re-type this comment again lol

 

Edit - Also this website that i check my mmr wont load either: http://home.xshade.ca/

checking if i have reached 1900 mmr and my global ranking but i can do it :/

Here's hoping this gets fixed, permanently.

Mh.. this is kinda back. Not forever, but syncing still takes about 5-10 minutes. Sometimes I join a match and its over before syncing finished. :o

Again Sync problems, i didn't mention it every time, because sometimes its fixed, but 1 day later it's coming back, this is really really annyoing.

 

Homepage is also very slow loading, it takes sometimes more then 15 seconds, until i can smash the forum button. 

 

Why does it happening all the time? I can't even see a pattern, its the same for wrong hitregistration. Sometimes its working perfectly fine, but then its going just crazy and nothing works anymore from hit registration, movement to shooting. Sometimes i get also damaged by my own tow, because the tow is not coming out and then boom damage still no tow was shot.

 

The only good thing i crossed my way until now is the game fps performance increased, so on a strong machine i don't have any stutter anymore on maps i had before you took this game over reloaded (last eco/prosk/origin).

I am also having this problem, it syncs forever and then kicks me out because the meteor servers are unreachable. i have checked my connection and my firewalls, so i do not believe it is on my end.

Having the same problem today. Using the F5+disconnect trick doesn't work either.

Same problem here too (EU). Sometimes syncing works normally between matches, but mostly it is slow. After leaving the server syncing takes forever.
