Ok, where was your statement prior to Merls original statement then?  I don't seem to see a post from you on the first page.  Did you hide your own post?

 

And I've already formed my assumption from that tired old phrase, I'll believe it when I see it.

 

Geez, if you want to know what Merl heard, then PM Merl and then he'll either tell truth or lie, but obviously C05 either didn't say anything or said something taken out of context or was later required to retract blah whatever. Whatever it is, I doubt it will be allowed to be posted in a thread like this.

 

Removing misinformation from the forums is probably quite reasonable IMO.

Removing information that is not supposed to be there (either by general policy or something more legal) also reasonable.

Badgering C05 about it won't change his position.

 

In other news, in case you missed it, the RLD line is still that they are working on an update expected* to release in next few months.

 

I hope you don't mind, but i'll choose the optimistic road and be happy that currently I can still play, and current information implies that I will be able to continue playing for some time.

I see no reason why the original statement in question from Merl was a fabrication or a misunderstanding on his part.  Do you?

Well since the hidden posts have now been unhidden for some unknown reason, I guess nobody is removing any misinformation or information that isn't supposed to be there then, are they?

I like how you ignore the "current information" contained in this thread where one of the games that Reloaded was directly involved with has been completely erased from their company website. How does that instill a sense of comfort in the future of Hawken? How does the devs lack of an official response to this specific subject imply any notion that you'd be able to continue playing for some time?

The corporation is required to file Statement of Information by March 31st 2017, so if they plan on operating for another year, that HAS to happen.  If they don't file an update to the database by that time, then I think we all know what has happened, and WHY.

 

Update:

 

Well looks like the Statement of Information for the California corporation was accepted on 3/28/2017.  They sure to like to procrastinate until the very last minute.  For those of you that don't understand what that means, nothing really, its just that the paperwork is in place to allow them the ability to legally operate as a corporation for another year.

 

Theres still no official word on why the game is physically missing from the official Reloaded games website.

Thanks for the kind words but its hard maintaining interest (for lack of a better word) when I disagree with the direction I think the game is heading in.  So I find myself just not investing the time like I used to.  Like in previous years I would of taken out my phone and checked the forums during at least one of the innings and seen Lunas invite, but last Saturday at the ballgame the thought didn't even cross my mind.

 

I guess its worth mentioning that while I was bored and poking around recently I did stumble onto something else that at least I found interesting, I guess I should create a new thread about it even though I believe it is directly related to this whole disappearance thing.
