[MK-III Items allow for 3 uses per deployment.] It only shows to 2 on my dashboard when playing?

 

 

what does that mean :"MK-III Items allow for 3 uses per deployment"

MK-III used to be deploy able 3 times. Recently it has been nerfed to 2 but not updated properly
