We’d like to express our appreciation to our test pilots with a unique commemorative camouflage for each test phase.Thank you, test pilots!
Through your diligent participation in our Alpha and Closed Beta Events, HAWKEN is about to enter Open Beta. We'd like to express our appreciation with a small token, namely a unique commemorative camouflage for each test phase. You'll be able to show off your Alpha or Closed Beta tester status with these special customizations on your mech.
Similar to the Vanguard Initiative perks, these cosmetic rewards will be equippable by all mechs. This means they won't be available at the start of Open Beta as this functionality isn't ready quite yet. If you participated in Alpha or applied an Alpha code to your account, you will receive both commemorative camouflages. We've opted to reward all Alpha testers in addition to those who participated in the "Play the Devs" event during Alpha 2. When ready, the camouflages will be delivered via email as codes to be entered into the Redeem Code tool. We’ll make an announcement when this happens.
We're looking forward to seeing you in Open Beta starting at 12:00 PM PST on December 12, 2012!

do we also get something on the forums to say it_I know that Invision Power Boards like this one has the ability for Administrators to set custom styles/permissions for each user class that they created for the forums (ie regular forum member, Closed beta member, Alpha beta member, staff, etc).
It is a simple cosmetic design to impliment on Invision Power Board servers just like how they have the "Staff" image right below the text that is under the avatar. Only reason I know this is because I own and manage some Invision Power Boards. I am one of the old IPB customers that got the "Lifetime Licence" for IPB.
