I personally would just like it if patches and such were held onto untill firm dates could be set down, and a streamlined launch process could be put down.
I guess i'm just spoiled from TF2. They've a certain way they update when it's something big, And it, at least was, my main game for years. And you get used to certain things if you do them long enough.
All that being said, Yeah i understand things happen.

This is one of those cases where a priority was made on function over form and was a decision made by the art and design team to make that information easier to read, detaching it from the shaking that happens with the cockpit to help reduce gameplay fatigue. The art team also wasn't able to make armor and fuel easier to read and still keep a cockpit looking like a cockpit. We would love to give more options to the player, allowing users select the style themselves and customize the HUD but that's work on UI, design and art that we have not had resources for unfortunately so it's on the backlog for us at the moment.
Thank you for the clarification of the lack of "immersion" in the Hawken, now I do not have any illusions that I still play Mech Hawekn FPS, only FPS with a nice style graphic and a variation in movement mechanics. Maybe in a far-reaching conclusions reached but that's how I feel and about feelings on the game Hawken most you asked for.
