Of all the opinions here about what should/shouldn't be banned, how is it that nobody mentioned the most obvious.. Clearly Xacius should be banned from this tournament

If they have a hawken account they should be able to PM me on the forums. You can just PM me and add them to the conversation so its easier on them.

Updated with a couple new teams and moved the final sign up date to May 16th.

AC actually adds a new mechanic to gameplay. It's not an automatic maphack like the portable scanner.

This new mechanic is one of the worst things to happen to Hawken since I started playing the game in June 2013. While I share your disdain towards the portable scanner, it completely evades me why you seem to be satisfied with the current state of the AC.

The AC adds more movement and evasive possibilities.
While I'm not a fan of air combat, you can combine ground and aerial maneuvers, making you much harder to hit when done well.
Though to be honest I think the fuel consumption on the AC should be higher.
I wouldn't protest if the AC would get nerfed in other ways either, but I'm fine with the current state of the AC.
I'm not anywhere near X's level, but I thought I'd share my thoughts.
(The AC also allows me to play more aggresively then usual with my Predator, which I like)
