Greetings, test pilots!

Hurricane Sandy is currently threatening most of the east coast of the US. Some of HAWKEN's server farms are located in areas that could be hit hard. Hopefully, there will be no interruption of service during tomorrow's extra day of Closed Beta Event 1, but it's a very real possibility.

More importantly, Meteor Entertainment, like most of the world, is sending good thoughts and safe wishes everyone in the path of this storm. If you're like us, you want to do more to help! The American Red Cross is a great place to donate to disaster relief!

Live in Buffalo, and we got licked by the storm, but nothing too bad.

I got some friends right near the bullseye, though, so hopefully they're okay!

I hope that the beta had some backup farms on the west coast to migrate over. I can't wait to get into the heat of battle myself since I saw the 1st images and gameplay at BuF a few yrs back.
