We're working hard to track down everyone's issue. In the meantime, if you could make sure you're also hitting the support button at the top to help us manage the customer service tickets. This way we can better keep track of what advice we've given whom and the specific issues/machines/error messages are being seen.

I looked around, and an old thread from Nov 8 said that manifests were not being downloaded during some pre-launch/update server downtime. That is now well over, and I am wondering if anyone here has a fix for the manifest issue. It appears that everyone else seemingly has non-manifest issues, so I specified my issue.
Any help would be great, thank you.

I can't play because ,Syncing account failed ...
I uninstal and instal this game 3 times ...
always the same problem .

Just keep downloading and installing/uninstalling and rebooting until it works.
Heaven forbid we pull our heads out our rears and fix what is broke and preventing people from playing.

I just applied for the eleventh time the solution "account syncing failed" and I have always the same problem ...
Why there is no real solution or fix___
I'm really very frustrated not being able to play.
