i run game under wine and use proprietary nvidia blob

its not wine specific bug

That looks really cool. Do you fall through or it just looks transparent?

What graphics card do you have? I got this when I was using an Nvidia 7950GT. I think Hawken requires 8000 series or later to run properly.

I get graphical bugs like that all the time and for me it gets fixed when I alt tab out and back in

mb new wine staging 1.7.41(and "rebooting" of prefix)

mb change lang to russian

Hmm, peculiar. I prefer Windows to Linux at the moment because on Linux I seem to spend more time trouble shooting than getting stuff done. I'd like to switch but until I have time to learn how to use Linux properly I think I'll stick with Windows.
