ADH: Adhesive Games, the old developers of Hawken
AJK: AsianJoyKiller, a frequent poster on the forums
Amid: Amidatelion, a frequent poster on the forums
AR: Assault Rifle, a weapon
Ash: Ashfire908, creator of ScrimBot and developer
B-Class: Medium mech
Browser: The in-game server browser
BSB: Black Steel Brotherhood, a defunct influential clan
C-Class: Heavy mech
Cluster/CBM: Clusterbombman, a top-10 player by MMR
Comic/camic: comic_sans, a frequent poster on the forums
Crafty: CraftyDus, a frequent poster on the forums
CRT/CR-T: CR-T Recruit, an old mech that was given to all new players
Cupcake: Vanguard Cupcake, an exclusive mech which is functionally identical to the Vanguard that was given to purchasers of the Vanguard Initiative

Deathball: A clumped up group of teammates that makes taking ground and getting kills difficult. Especially prevalent on Uptown chokepoints
Delay: The 0.5 second delay to firing weapons after boosting

Dumbfire: Firing Hellfires without locking into an enemy
Eco: Last Eco, a map

EU: Energy Units, collected in Siege to launch battleships

HF/HFs: Hellfires, a weapon
Holo: Generally refers to the holotaunt consumable, but is also used as shorthand for the Hologram item
Incin: Incinerator, a mech
Infil: Infiltrator, a mech
ISM: ISM Disruptor, an item
KLA: Corsair-KLA, a weapon
Jeff: JeffMagnum, a top-10 player by MMR and frequent poster on the forums

Meta: Metagame, the current set of optimal strategies and loadouts
MIRV: Alternate firing mode for the Corsair-KLA
MMR: Matchmaking Rating, used to determine match placement and team balance

Omega: OmegaNull, frequent forum poster
Omni: Omniscient Clan, currently the top clan in the game
Orb: Either a Repair Charge or what�s left after a mech is destroyed
Orblording: The practice of equipping a build using 3x Repair Charges and Advanced Repair Kit/Extractor and heavily relying on orbs to tank damage. Likely the most potent build in the current metagame
Pocket tech: A Technician that tends to stick with a singular player throughout the entire match, especially common when the ally is competent and in a heavy mech
PPA: B3-AR: PPA, a weapon
QM: Quickmatch, the in-game service that ostensibly places a player into the most suitable match for them
Red beam: Helix Repair Torch's alternate fire that damages enemies
Rev: Rev-GL, a weapon
RK: Repair Kit, an item
SA: SA-Hawkins, a weapon
Sahara: Old name for Bazaar that�s still used occasionally
Scanner: Portable Scanner
ScrimBot: A bot created by Ashfire to perform multiple useful functions; accessible in-game via the friend list
Seekerteer: A Rocketeer using its default weapon, the Seeker
Silver: Silverfire, a frequent poster on the forums
Skillfires: Derogatory term for Hellfires
SMC: Submachine Cannon, a weapon
SS: Sharpshooter, a mech
Stone: OmniStone, a top-10 player by MMR
T32: T-32 Bolt, a weapon
Tech: Technician, a mech with the ability to repair allies
Tickle: ticklemyiguana, a frequent poster on the forums
Tiggs: LadyTiggs, the new community manager under Reloaded
TDM: Team Deathmatch, a game mode
TPG: TPG League, Hawken�s main competitive event
TS: TeamSpeak, or more specifically, The Officially Unofficially Hawken Teamspeak
TTK: Time to kill, the amount of time required to destroy an enemy. Generally spoken of in relative terms, e.g. �The TTK was decreased from Ascension in the Steam update�
Turn cap: The limited speed at which mechs can turn in Hawken
USC/US-C: United States-Central server region
USE/US-E: United States-East server region
USW/US-W: United States-West server region
UVW: Ultra-Violent Wednesday, a European weekly event
WW: War Wednesdays, an NA weekly event
Xac/Mr. X: Xacius, a top-10 player by MMR, a frequent poster on the forums, and the most popular streamer
Zerker: Berserker, a mech
