Now, in the past the best of 15 got to be a bit long, particularly in cases where both players are extremely evenly matched. So I propose the following.

2. Items or no items

4 and 3 does sound better. I figure DM in each, we probably won't be disturbed (lol). I would suggest tie breaker on neutral ground but... I don't think we have any servers with similar ping, haha
