Hi folks, here is an important one....
FORUM TAGS:
Ok, so we all voted for KDR to start using forum tags and we are about to start that process. There are four things that you all must do and be aware of before you rush to change yours.

1. I have made detailed instructions on how to do this. They can be found in the KDR HAWKEN TS server in the Briefing Room and must be followed carefully.
2. We are using the 'oval' brackets as the 'square' ones we use in TS are reserved for the developers in game and on the forum.
3. There must be a space between the (KDR) tags and your username.
4. Your username must remain the same as it is now.

Should look like mine with your own name of course.

You can only change your signature ONCE every 28 days so DO NOT GET IT WRONG please folks!

If you are unsure, don't do anything just ask me :)

Anyways, I wanted to share this with you all. I have been messing around with the clan logo and one of our laser cutters at work.

This is just a ruff/quick cut and etch into 5mm perspex  using 2D Design but I think it looks pretty cool.

Origin MA from Sundays Practice,

I think the idea of staying in the same channel to hear each others communication, was worth a try but really didn't work.

For me last weeks Origin MA with Pasta, Olio, Batpanda and myself is the proven way to go, and we need to get back to that,

Game itself was really close, and from my cockpit was a very intense battle full of very good players on both teams.

That's just awesome Vilyria! You have done so much so quickly. You were the perfect choice for this role :) I will Add your announcement to the OP as soon as I get a chance. 

 

I just want to add a little 'boring' note of warning to the clan regarding this though;

Please make sure you are following the KDR Code of Conduct when creating or streaming content for these accounts. Let's keep the bad language out of the picture and make sure everything we put out there as a clan is a positive representation of what we are about.

 

When we have decided on the Facebook thing, I will add that and the Google+ icons to the signature. Until then though you can all redirect the other Icons to our exciting new accounts.

 

Again, a big thanks to [KDR] Vilyria for this. She has worked very hard to pull all this together so quickly. (Hooah pending Roz...)

 

We are going to pull all this into play on Sunday evening for an exciting event I will share with you all in a couple of days. Make sure you are able to attend this Sunday's session. You will not want to miss it!

We've already got the same clan tag and signature. I'd like to preserve at least some level of individuality.

Nice thought Roz and I do like that you are thinking about these things but I agree with Bergwien. I love my own profile logo and I wouldn't feel comfortable asking you folks to relinquish any more of your own identities.

 

I am more than happy that you guys are doing the Tags and Sigs thing. I couldn't ask for more. I am actually a little surprised that you all haven't done more in the spoiler tags in your signature strips though. I was hoping Goaty would keep his little Goaty story in there :)
