Good point/question Coldbound, we (as in TAW.net) do manage it though.

As a rule we all decided on a game type (TDM, Siege etc.) and enter a server running that type, then based on the amount of players on the server the other clan members attempt to join the least busy one.  A bit of a palaver but at present it's the only way

Our most recent training session was superb with some of the best, and even sided, games I've played

I would imagine so Coldbound but will let one of the senior members confirm that (Stealth_303 can you pipe in here )

TAW.net have recently promoted clan member 'Subdivision' to Field Specialist and this role will involve arranging matches etc. so guess that TAW.net are planning to attend such events.

Leaf is dead on the money. As TAW's Hawken EU Battalion Field Specialist I fully intend to get us involved in the larger community as much as possible. I understand all our players may not wish to get involved in everything and it will remain their personal choice but we are just starting out the moment and so we are growing ourselves, getting to know each other, having some fun pub games and practices. As the man in charge of making both internal and external tournament arrangements I am open to anyone approaching me if they feel there is an opportunity for us to compete or practice in the competitive context. Once we start getting the team features and private server stuff we will have a highly organised team set up and will have squads and teams for practice and competition.  So in short to answer your question, yes!

TAW has some very successful divisions within its ranks who have fully competitive teams, from what I hear they have won some pretty big prize money too. I'd have to get Stealth to confirm that for me mind.

I'm sure we'll be able to get some scrims between clans going once servers are a lot more coordinated I know Gookywun from O.W.L has already been in touch with some of the EU/UK clans about this kind of thing.

I have spoken to TAW, O.W.L, BSB and Amegakure UK. As far as I can tell, all parties are interested. They are all aware of my ideas for the EU scene and I'm hoping now I have the correct position in TAW I can help us all help each other Also, always ready to welcome more EU/UK clans to the party should anybody be interested. Nothing has been properly arranged yet and so I'm hoping we will be ready to do so soon.
