Of course. It has a high skill ceiling, but the game is competitive. We don't consider things underpowered just because they're hard to use. Though I do have some advice that might help with pred, as it helped for me. Get good with the PPA incin. Land your SAARE shots on the ground, and the PPA shots on the body, and you'll actually have the aiming motion for using the predator down pretty effectively.
(Also if you can land the SAARE shots in the air, you'll have a much easier time landing the predator shots on the body.)

Interesting you say this. At least two people I know who love up Pred also use Incinerator. Good tip!

Incin and pred are my mains, but really I'm just posting this because someone should make the name SensibleCow420 a thing and I just thought of it.

With two EOC cannons you can take a scout from full to 2/3 health with a single burst then you just lead the scout over the mines he though you missed him with. done it loads of times to 2k+ ranked players

if you think the mech sucks when the fight gets close it will, so just have faith but the thing has a raider flak cannon basicaly and that stickybomb so if you are good at cqc raider(full charged t32 every shot none of that bang bang stuff) then you just gota get a little closer with breecher flak

Yes I agree, the predator is too weak and needs a buff.
