I was already in the habit of using steam instead of the hawken launcher, as it sort of advertised to my friends in the competitive shooter community what cool-ass game was occupying most of my gaming time, instead of scrim practice this season.

The constant barrage of messages to "12-man fury vent" or "ring for so-and-so" I've replied to with http://playhawken.com since October.

Gamer child prodigies like yourself may wish to read this before diving into justifications of their typically under- and malinformed opinion, and if you still believe that such exploits are unintentional and not at all used by steam for purposes matching those of the equivalent accidents of inter alia facebook, please also refer here for guidance.

That, is a possibility indeed, ask Meteor, but I am in turn almost sure they won't answer.

In the meantime, and this is addressed to the sane bunch that may still exist, if anyone knows any method to bypass Steam (as in, not being required to install a Steam client) in order to be able to play a free to play Steam game online, please let us know.

Then the same bunch only needs to beg to Meteor to make game updates available via their own website (as well, parallel to Steam), which I am sure many wouldn't mind to manually download using the oldschool just-click-on-the-damn-link method whenever required.

There was no need for paypal before either, Paying with your credit card directly also resulted in Meteor neatly appearing on your statement of account as expected. Trackable, accountable, acceptable. Paysafe_ With Steam_! Here, there, and so on.

These posts are just from accounts that have been made purely to encourage negativity in the forum. This guy only created his account today and has only made these two posts. If indeed it is/was his favorite game then he should have the balls to stand up and be counted rather than hiding behind secondary accounts. I suspect however, that he is has no other interest in the game other than seeing it fail. The earlier posts from H12kjfkjdfgO6 or whatever his name is are exactly the same.

They carry neither weight nor interest.
