My only issue with the Seeker is that it is impossible to outrun/hide from and does a ridiculous amount of damage in the process.

I.E. fast-firing, low-DPS dumb-fire rockets [individually much smaller than TOWs]
TOWs aren't that hard to aim once you have em down, and it would introduce more skill to the Rocketeer.

keep the rocket, but make it's damage 20% weaker.
