I'm trying very hard to bite my lip before I know exactly what's going on here. 
 
I do see three private servers up on the NA side?
 

Did you send him a message?  You may not feel as though you have a right to complain, but you could certainly request that they restore a couple community servers for those purposes.

 
I have have sent a message and am waiting for a reply.

I think the hard part is trying to find a time that works globally. This sale is kicking off at:

 

11pm Dubai

8pm London

3pm New York

Noon Los Angeles

9am Honalulu

3am Hong Kong

 

And in comparison, Concert/Game ticket sales tend to kick off around 10am New York, so that would make it:

 

6pm Dubai

3pm London

10am New York

7am Los Angeles

Honalulu 4am

10pm Hong Kong

 

Now London and New York are at work...

 

The only way to "do it right" is break up the sales by percentage and only sell to billing addresses or IPs in the countries/timezones you select. But even that can be gamed and how do you determine the % break down.

Houruck expressed my thoughts exactly in the fist page in this thread. There is only 35 minutes until these things go on sale so I guess I'll say this. 

 

Reloaded should, at least, have let the clan leaders and community event organises that already have/had access to private servers know what's going on before these go on sale.

 

If we don't buy them, how will we continue to run our events for the community?

If we do, and we spend money on this and the free stuff we don't need (assuming we can afford it in the first place. especially at such short notice), what happens if the intention is that we get our original servers back?
