In the interests of advancing noobdom and by the decree of the Lord of the Scrubs, now hear this:

 

The Server An-Imperfect-Congregation is now available to the public. As a private server, certain players can access admin commands to change the map, apply mods and notably kick players.

 

Unlike other private servers, admin access to this server will be made available to the public. In order to request access, you must log in to the Officially Unofficial TeamSpeak and verbally identify yourself as a member in good standing to an admin. Your TS name must match the account name that will be using the admin powers. If you are brand new to the TS, chances are you will not be immediately granted admin. Give it a week or so. The password will change on a regular basis and admins will be notified independently of said change.

 

Some basic rules apply:

 

1. Don't abuse your rights. Reports of abuse are to go to the email at hawkenteamspeak@gmail.com to the attention of Amid 
2. As An-Imperfect-Congregation is not regulated by matchmaker, you must understand that you will encounter players substantially more skilled than you. Be sure that it is a hacker or exploiter that you are kicking. Repeated false positives will result in your rights being taken away indefinitely and Amid making your life a living hell in the game. 
3. As An-Imperfect-Congregation is not regulated by matchmaker, smurfs should not be necessary to enter it at any given time and those that do should be aware of the current vitriolic atmosphere regarding suspected cheaters. Best to be identifiable as a filthy milge. This is not so much a rule as it is an advisory.
4. First admin to log in has priority. Don't fight and share when necessary, my dear fuzzing childrenscrubs.
5. Do not share the password with anyone. I don't care if your dad, Josh or Scrimbot itself is asking for it. Everything goes through the admins and Lord of the Scrubs will. Find. Out.
6. Amid's word is final.

 

Basic admin commands, accessible via adminhelp in game:

Kick PlayerName - kick a player out of the current game

SetAutoBalance true/false - turn on/off the auto-balance system. Need to turn off the auto-balance before using the ForceSwitchTeam command

ForceSwitchTeam [PlayerName] - Force a player to switch to the other team. If not specify a player's name then switch team of the admin who use this command. Must turn off auto-balance before using this command.

ChangeMap MapCodeName[?GameMode] - Change the game to play in another map with (optional) other game mode. Example: ChangeMap vs-titan?dm

RestartMap - restart the playing map from the beginning.

ForceStartMatch [true/false] - force the match to start immediately. If pass in true it will skip the prematch countdown; by default or pass in false it won't skip the prematch

    NOTE: Use this command may make the game not use the value of bAutoBalance flag set in the ini

    ForceEndMatch - force the match to end immediately.

    NOTE: Use this command will end the match without reward players HC or win/loss stats like in normal match

    ForceRollOver - force the match to roll over immediately. This command only work in the post match state

ShowMapCycle - show the cycle of map that the current game mode will play.

RandomMapCycle - shuffle the map cycle randomly.

SetNextMap MapCodeName - set a map to be played next.

ListPlayers - show the list of all players currently in the game.

ListAllMaps - show the list of all the maps available in the game.

ListAllGameModes - show the list of all game mode.

ApplyMod ModParams - apply mods to the current match. All mods separated by ";". Example: ApplyMod NoIndicator;NoRepair;FriendlyFire(1.0)

RemoveMods - remove all the mods from the game

ShowMods - show description of all the mods currently in game

 HealthOrbScale(HealthEnergyScale) - Scale health given from orbs. (Testing note: Value is a multiplier; looks to be for on-death orbs, not repair charges - couldn't verify)

 FriendlyFire(FriendlyDamageScale) - enable friendly fire, can specify the scale for the friendly damage, e.g: FriendlyFire(2.0)

 CrabbyMech - Player's mech can't walk or boost, only dodge side way. (Testing note: You can fly as normal though)

1. Who the fuzz are you to judge who gets the powers?
   The Lord of the Scrubs and, more importantly, the server owner. #dealwiddit
2. Why do I have to identify myself verbally? I don't like talking/I can't talk/I don't have a mic.
   I'm sorry but there has to be some manner of secondary identification system and without Steam integration, the HKTS' resources are all that are reliably available to us. If you have any special requests, make friends with someone who has admin and get them to make the changes. Or vote in chat, like those scrubs in War Wednesday do.
3. Why An Imperfect Congregation?
   The best beer drinking experience of my life was when I was finally let back into the country and got an invite to a buddy's beer tasting, called An Imperfect Vertical, where almost the entire range of Stone's Vertical of Epic Ales were sampled out. I thought the quality of chill and community in that bar was worth emulating. Besides which, despite my clean-burning hatred of most of you, I am distressed by the average scrubs' plight vis-a-vis the hacking situation and this is to be a safe haven, a congregation under and by what grace I have.
4. How often will the password rotate? 
   Randomly. Check in often to the TS and admins
5. Why do this now?
   I've been considering it for a while, but essentially I felt that with the hacking problem becoming so prominent (please note, I do not consider it particularly serious) the community needed a space that it could police by itself and immediately. Comments made in the IRC earlier today spurred my to actually push this out.
6. I can't find an admin!
   Check the Online Lion Dating Service (AFK) channel. Silverfire is usually in there and will respond eventually. Alternatively, email us at the above address and we will see about connecting.

I'll be terminating this project as of the 29th due to an inability to justify $30 a month on this game.
