There were some changes to tints, if I remember right. They should be more  vibrant now.

back to topic, i think mech camos contain 2 layers sometimes, you may notice it when experiment with lodbias in config, if you disable one, your camo start looking very "cheap" (without rusty). also, look like several camoes have only one layer.
so, probably devs disable something. (but maybe i'm wrong)
