It is a website that shows you the number of complaint reports filed for a particular service over the last 24 hours (per hour). If there is a spike of reports going on, there is a large-scale problem with the service.

How do you get the IP of a specific server?
EDIT: other than I guess using scrimbot/spectator mode
Also, if I interpreting the OP correctly, this would be an issue on Reloaded's end, yes?

Crock, there are multiple problems in your image:
1. You have a max ping jump (the grey bar going far right) between your router and the second hop and in hops from there on. This, to my knowledge, can mean two things: a) A problem in the cable/junction box between you and your ISP; b) Occasional bandwidth saturation (more likely). When your bandwidth become clogged for whatever reason, you spike on the second hop.
2.Your internets seem to be taking a rather weird path. They go to from your home to Seattle, then to San Jose, then to Dallas (instead of directly).
3. There's a huge spike on hop #18, but it doesn't seem to be translating to round trip spikes, so it shouldn't matter.

I meant the packet loss in 15 and 16. I know some of my stuff is screwy early on and that's not RL's problem. Coldform saw packet loss on the same hops as I did.

It doesn't matter, those hops do nothing. If your packet loss doesn't show on the bottom graph, it doesn't affect your gameplay.

Woah, this one's really bad. You see all those towers in the bottom graph? Each one is a ping spike resulting in momentary lag. But it's hard to tell what the problem is from the static image; can you record your PingPlotter for a couple of minutes?

I will do that tonight, and PM You a link of the video as soon as I upload it.

That looks like wi-fi, rozer. If it is, you should switch to cable, if it's not, your router is dying.

reading the comments about the router prob, from 70-90% packet loss NJ and LA both! unplugged the router and directly into the modem, and i may have discovered why i have had such a grind trying hit anything for 3 1/2 years (0% PL to Sydney???):

rozer, looking at your second image, I can tell there are two possible sources of the problem on your end: bandwidth clogging or ISP.
First, you need to check if your bandwidth is clogged. Use speedtest.net to see what speed you can get to any server in Germany. If your upstream speed is fine at all times, you should read and do this: https://www.pingplot...lling_case.html

"First, it's really important to understand that the only hop that matters is the final destination. If the final hop (your target) is showing 0% packet loss and acceptable latency, then all the hops before that can show all kinds of errors and it doesn't matter. As long as the final destination isn't affected, then all other latency and packet loss is an artifact of router configuration (or similar), and there is no problem.
The only hop that matters is the final destination. If you're happy with the latency and packet loss being seen at the final destination, then none of the other hops matter."
If above is true, he has much smaller percentage of loss. But I am no expert.
As I gather, if he had 70% packet loss he wouldn't hit fuzzy bunny, let alone rip stuff in SS.
Just my observation from the games in last 2 days.
Also, I would try to shut down all the crap that connects to net that you don't really need while playing.
Turn off every device that connects to your router and/or disable wifi ,and see how it goes.

I think this means bandwidth clogging. You should monitor all your upstream and downstream web traffic and see how it behaves.
And Chikin, I have two hops with 100% packet loss and no lag in the game (and I'm playing on damn wi-fi).

So, is packet loss happening on the final hop?
If not then...I guess that mumbo-jumbo I pasted is true.
