The ability is a mix of Camouflage and Stalker

it turns you invisable give you a shorter ranged heat vision and a +1 m/s speed boost at the cost of shooting 

if you're hit during cloak you will be visable for 5 seconds reseting every hit

YOU MUST TURN OFF THE ABILITY TO FIGHT BACK you may boost and jump as much as you like

however fuel dose not regen in ghost mode when you deacivate Ghost you may fire instantly

however you must wait 28 seconds to use Ghost again

Please tell me how this idea is and please for me don't just say "it's op" tell what makes it OP and ill try to fix it

two other weapon have very good firepower, 223 - no. any sense someone use this one? but ok, it is not a problem

Armor : 360 + Boost Speed : 37.28 m/s + Ground Speed : 20 m/s + Radar : 145 m = it is OP
it have many parameters higher, or very close to imba. it have high speed, high HP, higher g/s than original infil and radar, higher fuel regen than scout (and -4 fuel tank don't matter nothing here). only one parametr which is low is overheat time.

you need more "sacrifice" to other stat. for example,

Armor | Tank (L) | Regen (L/s) | Boost (m/s) | Ground (m/s) | Air (m/s) | Radar (m) | Overheat Rec.(s)

325    | 78         | 9.14            |  37.28         |  20.5            |  26         | 145           | 5.5

and give +1 m/s bonus for boost/walking while ability
