Straight though :

 

Display the Name of the mech (the one you can change in garage) during battle instead of the account name.

 

That may reduce some smurfing..

 

Also maybe display both the [mech name - account name] in lobby/teams panel.

Well i have some good names i would enjoy to share thru the game but my anti-smurf position prohibit it.

 

This said, you're right, smurfs are basically here to f*ck off without any kind of respect but their ego.

i don't know about the pr0n-quality rating of other players' names, but to keep within the Teen gaming rating i doubt this ever happening.

Prementioned/discussed topic and it is rather... well not viable sadly, though i do think that the ability to view a players mech stats INGAME would be a good addition to the profile menu it again comes down to, in the end, the same thing...

 

too much effort, I mean please do not forget that so far our high and mighty overpower have proven they licke to recycle old work and choose cheesy ease over a little effort and quality...

 

this in mind, my mech name profanity filter would most likely be too much effort and hence...
