The 'F' ability doesn't work, tried to fix it with 'Hawken tools' but nothing changed.

there are two sites:
first is for "checking" broken abilities (autorization not required)
https://hawkentools....fixes/abilities
and the second is for "fixing" (autorization needed)
https://hawkentools....s/abilities/fix
did you try second variant?
if it not help... buy a new predator and play :P
