Bit heavy on the melodrama, there. Account-based inventory is a priority feature we've had planned for some time. It will be implemented, was always only a matter of when.

I agree that that'd be cool, but gifting items/MC/whatever to other people is... I don't know if it's even on the list of features being worked on, right now, and it's certainly not priority in the least. I agree that it at least needs to be in Hawken eventually. Leaving out this particular case, there isn't that much demand for it in general, right now.

Yeah, okay, do you know what has been holding back the alpha and closed beta camos_ The inventory system. At the moment in Hawken, all items are per-mech, not per-account. Since the alpha/beta camos are applicable to all mechs, they're on hold until you can apply them to all mechs.

OH LOOK. IT'S EXACTLY THAT SYSTEM. Being tested. So that it can be added, in full, in the near future. And then we can get our tester camos. Sheesh.

I'm not even going to get into the talk about how the art team and the coders are completely separate groups of people, so it's not like coding tasks were put on hold while they made Chinese New Year textures.
