Perhaps not as fast as lightning, but I have been known to terrorize many an A-class with my Turret Mode Brawler thanks to that boost. :ph34r:

Tuning Points are universal (gained through Pilot Level) but they are not limited in the sense you are describing.

While the max amount of Tuning Points you can gain is 30, you have access to all 30 points for each mech you own.

Example: Even if I put 30 Tuning Points into my Berserker's Tuning Systems, I can still head over to my Infiltrator and spend 30 Tuning Points customizing its Tuning Systems as well.

You should also consider that +50% backstab and weird FoV in turret mode.

Will we get new mechs and guns stats prior to sep.5_

No balance changes _ Adding new problems before resolving old ones is a bad move.

So its possible to use detonator and H.E grenade at the same time, over 200 damage from items alone souds kinda silly, especially that you can reduce the cooldown.

Shield still looks overpowered and Evasive Device is just a bad design =/ (its already super easy to run in most situtations when you are an A mech, now it will be impossible to catch someone if he plan on running).

All the new balance issues that i can already see are kinda frightening.

There is a short cooldown that occurs after an item is used. This is to prevent simultaneous item use like you mentioned.

I hope you removed the ability to stick shields to people. That is an absolutely broken ability.
After disabling signatures I found my forum-browsing experience had improved marginally.

Well, Scouts and Infiltrators can disengage from combat pretty much whenever they want. I hope the timer for counting as OOC is pretty long.

I have another question. Are there any limits in allocation of Tuning Points_ I mean, can I invest max Y points in X system and rest spend in others, or can I spend all 30 points for example in cooling system_

Woah I haven't been this excited about a game since I first discovered Hawken.

God.. Thank you. Hopefully Deathmatch will no longer turn into Kill-the-guy-that-spawns-behind-you-match.

Turret mode has always seemed silly to me and I've never used it but now that it can use thrusters_ I can only imagine that looking hilarious but I'll wait and see.
