Ummmmm, yeah, about that pad..........

You see, the thing is...........I don't actually have it any more. I sold it to the highest bidder and managed to buy a new Berserker with it.
Which was nice.

Sorry about that :D

Illal Sabre Toothed Drop Bear.

A rare photo.

Posted Image

The Illal Sabre Toothed Drop Bear is one of the few surviving indigenous mammal based life forms left on the planet.

These vicious, elusive creatures, live in the Ashihan forests and the Namachi swamplands. They have been a constant source of deaths an injuries among scientists and researchers. It is now mandatory when exploring these two areas for all civilians to be accompanied by armed security.

Illal Sabre Toothed Drop Bears are very dangerous, stealthy hunters that stalk their prey from high in the trees. They move swiftly and silently, then when they are ready, they plunge on their victims. In most cases, the force of the impact renders the victim unconscious. The drop bear then rips out the throat of its victim with its 10cm, (4inch) long canines, killing it.

Since the colonisation of the planet, an estimated 7395 people have fallen foul of these cunning hunters.

The Bears average height is approximately 1metre, (3ft) and weigh about 100 kilograms, (220Pounds).

The creatures status is 2 = vulnerable.

Although they have a similar name to the animals that have plagued Australia, they are in no way related.

ie, it is not as such insects. this form of nano-virus, which evolved into such forms which crawl on giga-structure blocks. I would like to see them on Origin.

I had known, that this would be hard to explain :3

this is not insect!
this is part of nano-virus, but he seems like insect. as if artificial intelligence appeared on illal.

to fully convey what I mean, you should see the old-movie Virus (1999).
http://en.wikipedia....rus_(1999_film)
there is a reasonable virus changed and transformed the ship, in accordance with his requirements.

see...

a lot of stuff is based of the actual game art and some is designed of illal's environments

The image the pilot was trying to send was too corrupted to be used. However, based on further processing of the image and data, the following can be made out:
height: 15-28 feet
length: 10-35feet
current status: EXTREMELY HOSTILE
locations found: Only confirmed around Outpost ZX-2319-ALPHA in northern Sentium controlled territory
The force was not human.

The creatures were able to overwhelm an entire Sentium base of over 100 mechs and several hundred infantry. They are EXTREMELY fast and extremely tough. From the report, ZX-2319-ALPHA's Ace Combat Squads (ACS) (Squads ZX-DELTA, ZX-TANGO, and ZX-OVERSEER) were outclassed and obliterated. The mechs that were recovered from ZX-2319-ALPHA were mangled beyond recognition. Pilots and infantry who survived have were reduced to husks from sever mental trauma. The slightest tick, knock, or shuffle causes these seasoned pilots and soldiers deficate and urinate from fear. Currently, these pilots and soldiers are currently locked up in a padded cell under suicide watch. Those who were killed... were shredded and/or devoured. Many of them... apparently were eaten alive... others appear to have been attacked by another creature and were eaten from the inside out.

However, from what can be made out from the report, these creatures are unofficially referred to as Tickers based on the ticking sound they make. Likely a form of echolocation.
