I made a over9000 attempts, trying to fly higher, before I realized that you need to throw a third blockade near with the second.
also, i throw holo-taunts to find place where i can put blokades inside the tower :Ъ

Yep, this is exactly what was in my mind when I came up with the second challenge! Chocksa found another way of getting there, which is quite cool :D

IMO that was easier to get to than the last one. Wish I was at home so I could have participated...

As much as I'd like to schedule the event so that both EU and NA players could participate, I think there is no way to do that. If you have any ideas, please share!

I'd suggest doing the same event twice in the same day. One for the Americas and one for Europe. 2 chances to win at different times, but a limit of one win per person, so you're not giving the same person multiple prizes.
Or do these only on the weekend, because otherwise if you're doing it the same time each day, you're leaving out at least half the population. People like me in the US that are at work when you start the challenge won't get a chance.

The first suggestion won't work, because I don't have so many spare prizes. Moreover, I need to find twice as much tough spots on the map, which is a huge pain in the neck. (Obviously, I can't use the same spots for the EU and NA events.)

The second suggestion won't work as well, because I'm sound asleep when it is evening in the U.S.

Doing challenges on weekends means I (and the participants) have to wait for a week to proceed with the event.
