As much as I'd like to schedule the event so that both EU and NA players could participate, I think there is no way to do that. If you have any ideas, please share!

I'd suggest doing the same event twice in the same day. One for the Americas and one for Europe. 2 chances to win at different times, but a limit of one win per person, so you're not giving the same person multiple prizes.
Or do these only on the weekend, because otherwise if you're doing it the same time each day, you're leaving out at least half the population. People like me in the US that are at work when you start the challenge won't get a chance.

The first suggestion won't work, because I don't have so many spare prizes. Moreover, I need to find twice as much tough spots on the map, which is a huge pain in the neck. (Obviously, I can't use the same spots for the EU and NA events.)

The second suggestion won't work as well, because I'm sound asleep when it is evening in the U.S.

Doing challenges on weekends means I (and the participants) have to wait for a week to proceed with the event.

Then I suggest you do all the challenges the same day or space them out over Friday - Saturday - Sunday. It only took Nepacaka and I about an hour and a half to figure out the first one and I think it took Chocksa less than that for the second challenge.

not only you are suffering because of the time. I also live in a different time zone. without sacrifice there is no victory.

Yes, I've noticed that most NA events don't account for players outside of the U.S. That said, I think the time at which I post challenges is fair and square for NA as well (at least to an extent).
