Came across this a few days ago now I am pumped for something that might be what arena shooters want like unreal tournament and quake 3 arena!

That could be interesting! I'd certainly not mind another arena shooter to play.

I saw the Kotaku article on this last night.

There's not too many games that excite me; this does, and I think it's partly because of the Dev's transparency, and the other part where the game seemingly isn't a representation of modern shooters.

I can't say that I've played an arena shooter, or what exactly constitutes one, but this one could be alot of fun.

It looks like Halo if you removed all the things I don't like about Halo.

I was a console fan back in the days of Halo (started on Halo 2) and I absolutely loved it. Granted, my prowess as a gamer has improved since then, but what didn't you like about halo_ I'm guessing all the stuff that they said they don't have_ (Which was really just "health" regeneration and reloading.)

Probably the floaty jumps and sluggish pace of the game. Auto-aim weapons were kind of BS as well.

I want to like this. But I just get the feeling this is making a lot of promises it can't cash.

Also, that name and all the names in the friggin game look like they belong on a Sonic fan character.

i like a trailer. creators have a nice sense of humor
but i dislike one things. this game contain old-fps game play, but look like a fuzzy bunny new game, with new sucks graphics.

Looks interesting!  Though, many things have made me skeptical about promises in gaming.  I will watch and see what these guys do before I give em some cash to keep 'em going.

They said they will not do any F2P BS, but they started a crowdfunding campaign and they promised camouflaged skins for backers pledging a certain ammount. They say it is not game changing (like camos here) but if everyone else if fullbright and you have an actual camo, that can be just that. It violates the original promise about every player starting on the same level anyway, at least I think so.

Unfortunately, a lot of it is staged. The jeep impact, the dogfight, that rocket kill mid-air. Not saying it no actual gameplay footage, but rather than "found clips" these are "constructed clips."
