Since when was Hon re-implemented? I assume recently (after the February farce)?
Like a couple weeks ago. If you hadn't heard, the game's under new ownership (Reloaded bought all the assets after ADH/MTR went under).

Yes.
The mech that Laila uses in the training course when you play for the first time should be a Fred with the Hon chassis set, instead of an Infiltrator.

It's actually a 'Zerker with infiltrator parts, I believe.
