I said Ima give it a try. I did, asked 6 people, seems like the teams are already fixed but not signed up yet (for whatever reason). My motivation is too low for Hawken in general, I am currently focused on Elite Dangerous with my friends. 

 

EDIT: But don't worry Houruck, as soon as your fightclub is here (for which I have been waiting now for MONTHS! Hurry up already! :P) I will instantly jump to the servers and fight till I am the last one standing! ;D

To everyone in the 'single signup' group, if you haven't been picked up yet and there are enough players I'll you'll be put in a team together. If not, however, you'll be acting as reserve players for the other teams. We're sure to be doing some friendly scrims in between the comp matches, so you should have at lease some opportunity to play.

Yup, you're confirmed. Thing is that the 'Members' search function is good enough to accept capitals and even slight variations in the name, but that doesn't help for callsigns that aren't valid accounts.

 

I've got this lovely list of about 65 names color-coded 'Name confirmed', 'Name invalid', 'Already in Team' and 'Dubious' for when I'm not sure they're in a team or not. I might just have to get another live-tile to get the attention of all the players I can't get in contact with and make some more posts on the subreddit and steam forums asking a list of people to sign up again.

 

Maybe a tile saying 'The Priority Target league has started! Did you sign up but haven't heard from Freeze? Get in touch here:' and it linking to a modified form. At any rate, the sooner the better.

 

Edit: the added e-mail part will hopefully help that too.

I submitted the team form but I realized afterwards that one of our reserve players has a slight difference in his username than the one I was provided with (there's an additional underscore I missed).

 

Should I PM either Freeze or GeneralJWJ to rectify it?

I'm not sure if it's that big a problem. As long as the team captains can communicate with each other and arrange when they play their games it should be fine.

 

EDIT: Of course, General's got his list, soooo... yea. Listen to him on that one.

Registrations are still open for about one more day, I'm doing the cut-off the evening of the 20th. (I know this is vague, timezones and all. just roll with it.) Otherwise there are still a couple of things to do like constructing the teams and making the brackets, but otherwise we're close to being able to begin the first season!

 

Keep an eye on the forums in general and/or on your e-mail. There are a couple more announcements incoming which will be quite important.

Alright! I've send out PM's and e-mail to everyone who I was able to contact! If you haven't received anything please use the Single Player Signup form to sign up again and be sure to include/double check the e-mail address. It's the best chance you'll have to get in a team.
