If you don't like something or think that something doesen't work, please explain, I can improve this still.

I think game needs mech with teleport ability, or "blink", "flash" to be exact... let's give it very fancy name;

TLDR: otherwise same as any other medium mech, but most of stats lower overall. In bright side it has faster dodging speed, fuel regen and greater radar.
Primary weapon: Flak cannon
- The Flak Cannon is a high-damage, short-range weapon that fires a burst of shrapnel that spreads quickly. It can deal a lot of damage up close, but its high spread keeps it from being effective at medium to long range.
Secondary weapon: Heatback HSR
- Heatback HSR is excellent tool to take down enemies one-to-one. It has slow attack speed and heats fast, but fires high-damage shots which spreads heat to enemy weapons.
Mech deals high damage in close range and is dangerous 1vs1 enemy.
Special Ability: Blink (cd 24s.)
After 2 seconds of channel, mech teleports up to 30 meters to target direction. Any damage taken will interrupt the channel and put ability to cooldown of 2 seconds.
(oh my god it would be so fckn annoying if you could effectively escape with this)
A beam of light is generated on success for 1s, color matching observer's ally/enemy color.
You see enemy in distance? no worry, in instant you are in point blank range, ready to rek.
Description
In blink of an eye, flash appears from thin air to take down enemy, big or small.
Flash has looks for lone enemy, relocates next to one before destroying it with high burst damage. One should be still careful, as the ability is not good for escaping and the movement speed is not best of the kind. While technically flash can burst down anyone, one can be outplayed by anyone too.
