Was browsing through potential hud items came across one slot that was just a ramen cup. at least for the mech i was using there was not other alternatives to the spot. However think of the pointless potential! Here's the stupid fuzzy bunny I could think of sitting down that would be ok alternatives.

The internal cockpit items were some of the last things added to the game that I remember (beside the absolutely atrocious bunker map). Personally, they are crap. They largely are just there to be there. And I know they are decorations, and that's the point, but what I mean is like, the cup o' ramen goes up and down in the air, but it's pretty stagnant when it does, just kind of levitates when the mech falls. It doesn't tilt over when dodging at all, no water ever really spills out of it, it's just.... there. It doesn't feel like it's there, it's just there.

 

Something that could be looked into perhaps, but yeah... doesn't feel like anything to me. Hence why I haven't bought any of them. I want stuff effected by physics. The ramen, I can understand not be able to be knocked over or what not, but tilting it, making it spin in circles, etc, would give a much better feel to it.

 

T_T And they never did put in my fuzzy dice. Heck, mardi gras beads, lucky rabbit's foot? All of these could just be hanging from somewhere, directly effected by physics.

It would be great to see workshop items by users voted on and added to the game.

The prices are stupid but the noodle cup gives it this sort of Akira manga feel, the monkey bobble looks neat too. I would never pay real money for these though, they should get a massive playerbase before asking money for these things

I want players to be able to make their own items to put into the cockpits.

you could upload a picture and put it in a picture frame, dog tags made for your character, a pistol, a couple shotgun shells, PINK FUZZY DICE, a cellphone that'll buzz when you get a kill, a clock, a watch, a knife, a small keyboard, an MP3 player with headphones sitting on top of it ( maybe you could upload music and play it though your mech :O ), all kinds of things.

 

also, they need to be much cheaper, like 50% of what they cost now, they are wayy too expensive for eye clutter.

I have the skeleton bobblehead and the fire extinguisher in some mechs. Sometimes I wonder if I lose some frames with the bobblehead. But this topic made me really hungry for a cup o noodles.
