So I don't know how we deal with hackers, I haven't searched the forums cause I'm lazy, but  how do we report them? None would answer simple questions a veteran can answer, whats a smurf, MMR, main, etc. None were max level, with ridiculous stats. Of course I would get close they would do their random 180s aimbot toward you coming from a random direction. Its just frustrating to loose in a pub match against an account that wont answer questions. I can maybe get 5 of the 7 kills our team has while they have 40.

Callouts are not allowed, I'm sorry.

Try to record them while they are aimbotting.

Make sure you record in good quality and more importantly high framerate. Makes investigating easier.

Use predator with ability or some other high mobility mech and try to get the aimbotter between you and your teammates. (With you being on the other side, so you can see the snapping action).

Also make sure you have switched on the killcam in the config.

 

Then file a support ticket mentioning time, callsign and attaching any proof you could get.
