You feel the combined pain of every human being ever to exist until your soul fades away, never to return to existence.

A four kilometer radius around you suddenly grows a wall to wall carpet of giant slimy tentacles. Too bad you do not command these, though, and they start causing all kinds of havoc. Eating people, tearing cars in half, calling people names, and getting slime everywhere. Everyone in town blames you for it, and forms an angry mob to chase you away.

 

I wish I had not accidentally cut off one of Grollourdo's tentacles with my scissors.
