Rather old concept, but still interesting.

Decided to post this in the Art and Media section, because, well, it's mainly art and media and I didn't want to bump my topic in suggestions and ideas, because I hate all of you there.

 

So, to start off, this was the original doodle I did, and yes, it IS modeled after a butt. That was intentional (cough):

 

 

I then later (a long time later) decided I wanted to revisit it and design it after the Hawken style, so I kind of did:

 

(Sorry for the lack of spoilers, I really never learned how to do it)

So, it's still in its very rough stages, but I intend to round it out more like the original concept--give the tech a better surface to rub (and also fix the perspective). I always pictured it as a buoyant mech, if there were a way to describe it, so it should be round. Looks too generic right now.

Also, the original concept is changing, while maintaining a similar spirit (gassy mech, smoke rounds, DoT, etc.). Still in the process of processing it though.

 

Any criticism is appreciated, though keep it on topic please.

No promises when there will be an update, but hopefully soon.

It's always equally sad as it's awesome seeing these very well thought out mech concepts knowing that hell freezes over before any of them make it into the game

Even more rough than before, but getting a better idea of the look I want. Gave it a gas mask and Mustang eyes.
