Honestly, yeah it's also up to the rest of the team for how the action should be done- not just the script team.  It is doable to do it first from the scriptwriters side.  But then, there's also this problem:  I believe a lot of people are pretty busy.  I know I am. :/  And doing it with the schedule I have now, it's gonna be a rough ride if I do it.

I posted in the group about this, but I can't commit to this project anymore. My week is very busy and whatever free time I have I would prefer to spend streaming and other things.

Actually, I can't. I'm not an admin on the steam group, so no announcement posts from me.

You could stream us trying to get a group of people organised. Get a B-roll, behind-the-scenes thing going on.

 

I mean, I'd watch that.

Alright, today is filming day. We'll meet up on the Unofficially Official Hawken in the afternoon, say 14:00 GMT. Go over the script, get some actors and start filming.

EDIT: alright, win 10 fixed, then re�nstalled, and then upgraded to win 10 again. I hope that fixed any registery issues. Gonna get OBS installed and we should be good to go.

That's something. How was that meeting? I had exams. So I couldn't attend. Anyway, we should put up some events in the steam page and get together on weekends. See ya later. I need to get HAWKEN working again. Hopefully, I'll be there!

I came back from vacation and I'm ready for the editing part! I think it's better to continue the discussion on the Steam project page.

So, how goes the editing?

One thing I really want to say is that the footage looks kinda bad to me, ie, those spec shots. We may have to find a way to somehow make do with cockpit shots or maybe just a few upclose shots. The reason as to why I disliked that footage was 'cuz the mechs looked weird when they boosted. You could see the lag in the footage. But, there are some good shots that we could still use! I'm still trying to improve my computer so that I can get back into HAWKEN. See ya'll later!

I've been thinking about doing military style patches for each of the mechs. If you guys are interested, perhaps you might want to animate them for each segment for your film? Just throwing out ideas.

You plan to use voice actors too, or just data sheets? If voice actor I believe you need an intimidating voice, either with a Scottish/Aussie accent or some European accent, preferably Eastern or Southern EU.

Its never too late. The project had been temporarily suspended for a bit, but anyway, I am excited to share with you guys what we have been working on!!
